Currently based at Ontario Tech University and Lambton College, he empowers learners and organizations to thrive in the digital era through skills development, research mentorship, and technology-enabled transformation. With 40+ research publications (including 15+ in SCI-indexed and 30+ in Scopus journals) and leadership of ₹1.3 crore+ funded projects supported by DST, DRDO, and NSERC, Dr. Natarajan bridges academia and industry to deliver measurable innovation outcomes.
