My Work
What I do:
My interdisciplinary research focusses on the development of analytical strategies for the characterization of plastic pollutants in the environment as well as the development of analysis strategies to help understand the sources and transport mechanisms that drive the observed pollution patterns. Importantly, I consider environmental pollution in the context of justice questions. This means identifying contaminant sources and working directly with communities that are impacted by contamination.
